Fitness. :) Seriously – the main focus will be about providing information that will help you stay fit for life. No short term diets, no cabbage soup diet, none of that. I have been living a healthy lifestyle for about 3 years, and am still learning. I never tried the various trend diets that are out there because I knew they would never last so I made it my goal to learn habits that I would be able to maintain for a lifetime.
