Pop can be very addicting, I know. My favorite drink of choice has to be either Cofee or Green Tea. Both take some time to get used to, but you'll pat yourself on the shoulder if you make the switch.

These are some good tips. I have been wanting to reduce my pop intake. I used to only drink one pop a day. But now I'm up to 2 or 3 cans of pop a day. After reading an article about Diet soda being bad for you (which in general it is) I decided I wanted to cut down. I've been doing the slowly lowering my intake but a lot of times it doesn't work as I get more thirsty and hate regular water. So I what I also started to do was instead of buying pop for myself every week I've started buying the Sam's Club flavored water 2 Liters and buying like 3 of them a week. But I still find myself going out to the store to buy pop.

Just another idea I tought I'd throw in is drink the flavored water from Sam's Club.
